The property was perfectly clean and staff was very very nice. Booked wheelchair accessible room with balcony, a fabulous view, for instance, which I really appreciated. It had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The location was marvellous, at a short distance from Bournemouth Observation Wheel. I ate at the beach restaurant near the hotel. Everything here was perfect, I would return anytime.
