The place deserved 3 stars. I stayed in the room that was wasent cleaned under the bed and available with private bathroom, good water pressure and a couple of chairs. It was outstanding, and employees were great.

My twin room was decent and very well kept. Enjoyed its courtyard views. The location was marvellous for traveling around Alicante, close to cheap tram into city centre, a tram stop and very close to bus stops and beach and tram station. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Restaurante la Familia that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The staff is best here, the services are excellent, and location is nice not far from the beach, the tram, and a lot of restaurants around, tram station and very close bus and tram. The units were great value and brand-new with a great bathroom.

Had 3 nights in Alicante, spent our time here lovely. The rooms were brand-new, fine, came with a great bathroom, a couple of chairs, for instance. Location: the hotel was not far from very close bus and tram, one tram and bus station, and tram line. In the restaurant they served Spanish cuisine dishes.

Everything was fine, best staff made our stay pleasant. The service was absolutely exceptional. The location was the best, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Lucentum. Moreover, it was close to beautiful beach and very close bus and tram, metro and beach and a train station and a bus station. We both liked the food, it was good and had a lot of options.

You got great value. The hotel was located next to the tram, the beach, and alicante town centre. We booked twin room with courtyard view. Btw it included climate control, a TV and a private entrance.
