It was as expected, had a great stay as on every other visit. I enjoyed the spotless and nice styled room and the staff were incredibly kind. The location was great, relatively near Swing Bridge.

Everything was perfect, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on this visit. The bedroom was a nice size and functional. The facilities were good and the beds were nice. Minute walk from a bus station, the location was marvellous and excellent, down for the market.
The staff was very unfriendly.

The venue was in a very central location close enough to the main clubs like Morgan's, the Old Town which still feels really Spanish and the 2 beaches. The room was fashionable, neat with a separate bedroom.

It was a fabulous and absolutely great hotel in a good area, very close to the beautiful promenade, old town and livelier strip area, the rh royal on the 21st january 2019 and the centre of the old town and the 2 beaches and harbour. The staff was nice and courteous, great service. The twin room was good with exceptionally comfortable beds.
Some people working there were very unpleasant.

It's reasonably clean hotel nestled in a royal style building in the very very nice area. The rooms are fashionable with great shower, so that guests have essentials. The location is unbeatable and incredible, a 10-15 minute walk from Placa del Castell. The downstairs bar is large, loved this place.

The venue was fantastic and pleasant, I loved the stay and the location was marvellous adjacent to old town, bars, and promenade.
