The room I booked was n't been cleaned or sheets changed and available with a balcony and chairs. The location was unbeatable - just off the shore at night and the busier sandy beach and restaurant and bar-filled promenade. Javea Beach district was worth visiting.
It had very uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Great and lovely location very close to the old town Port and restaurants, Ten minutes walk from Arenal restaurants twenty minutes walk from Javea and pebble beach. Reasonably priced place all in all, has decent staff in all areas. Everything is good, the room is large with a balcony and a mountain view plus seaview. The setting is good, it's adjacent to Ten minutes walk from Arenal restaurants twenty minutes walk from Javea as well as shops. They serve plenty of meals, the food I tried was outstanding.

Every time we stay in Javea, like to stay here. Good priced and modern place, it has incredibly kind staff in all areas. The location is great, as the hotel is based on the front from the sea. The bets part that it's near the old town and the new, The Arenal Beach, and the main town and port area.
